North Miami Beach and Miami Gardens at odds over water rates

City leaders are agreeing to disagree when it comes to water rates. North Miami Beach supplies several cities with water. Oddly enough, their treatment plant is located in Miami Gardens, and people living there say they shouldn’t be paying increased rates. NBC6’s Steve Litz reports
